Manzanita branches are so versatile.  When we were getting married I wanted our centerpieces to be like the photo above.  Unfortunately it was too expensive to ship manzanita branches to Mexico.  I did have our wedding coordinator try it out with regular branches but it didn't look the same.  We ended up with a grouping of white pillar candles and orchids sprinkles around them.  It was simple, I was in love and I was holding a margarita.  Perfect.  But I'm still itching to do something with manzanita branches.

When I was searching the Apartment Therapy archives I came across this centerpiece.  Isn't it gorgeous?
I'm considering making one and hanging it above my fireplace.  At Christmas I'll replace the birds with ornaments.  See?  Versatile.

I LOVE Manzanita branches. We had the same problem. Apparently it's not native to Mexico :-). I'm also loving curly willow. BTW - I've seen people make jewelry trees from Manzanita branches and they look awesome!

That red is STUNNING! This whole look is just so organic and beautiful, but I have no doubt your tables looked gorgeous without them.
