diy square envelopes
I came across this DIY cd case on Pinterest...but forget cd's, it is way better as a square envelope for your invitation suite. Just keep in mind postage is a bit more for this size envelope. Make sure to use kraft paper too. We don't have enough kraft paper in this world...

Great timing -- I was just considering doing holiday cards on kraft paper!
OH! I love the idea of doing this with fun paper! I am always making my friends "mix tape" CDs and just making the covers out of boring white paper!
I love this idea. I just want to go home and start making square envelopes. You know how everyone is always saying, "Find something that you love and make that your career?" Will someone pay me to make crafts like this for myself (no interest in mass reproduction for others) and clean my house and read books? Because I'm pretty sure any other "career" work would just be a means to an end. ;)

I need to do some of these cases - I think they're prettier than the plastic ones and more pratical to store. I have several cd's with pictures and videos (family weddings etc) and my imagination is flowing...
