pastry place cards

I don't know that I'll ever eat a round pie again, or accept anything less than a pastry pie place card ;)  These little pies are so pretty and perfect for a bridal shower or small wedding.  Fill dough with your favorite pie filling and fold corners over.  Use alphabet cookie cutters to cut initials from scrap dough, bake and serve!
