peep martini
I keep pushing for Easter brunch with my family but it never works out with church and such. One year I will make it happen and there will be some pink grapefruit mimosas with little peep garnishes. Aren't they adorable? How about lemon drops with the chick peeps?

...but I wouldn't mind them as a garnish! The yellow peep + lemon drop idea is stellar!
Peeps are just adorable no matter what you do with them! I saw an apothecary jar filled with Peeps as an Easter decoration & it was darling! I don't like to eat them though :-)
